Six stones of an oval kerb cairn with remains of a central cist at Raisaburgh south of Staffin, Skye, Scotland, UK. The setting at NG 508645 is sometimes referred to as a 'stone circle'. It measures x The three central stones may be the end stones of a burial cist long with a displaced capstone between them. The site is on boggy moorland below/NE of Dun Raisaburgh broch & SSE of Loch Mealt. There is no obvious sign of the presumed cairn. It was reported by Dugald Ross of the Raisaburgh Museum in 1975 who kindly showed me the site in June 1981; the scale is 1m divided in half.
