When we did move, it was with that pleasing feeling of wonderingwhere we were going to stop. On October loth, we pulled from ourpositions at St. Remy to the ravine behind Rupt-en-Woevre, known asGenicourt. The position had been a difficult one to pull out of. Thehorses were in terrible condition, and there were not enough of second piece suffered a slight mishap, a broken pole.
