Plans to commem-orate our hundredth birthday are under way. Part of the Staten Island property has been sold. The CharityBall was again a great success. Attention should also becalled to the efforts of the Social Service Committee to providefunds for its special work in superintending a benefit perform-ance of Thais at the Metropolitan Opera House.
