Mr. Sharansky, former Dissident, Human Rights activist and Politician, is the chairman of the Adelson Institute of Strategic Studies in the Shalem Center in Jerusalem. Prof. Luttwak, an acclaimed strategist, Authored many books including "Strategy: the Logic of War and Peace", and served as an advisor to numerous government bodies. Both participated in the Adelson Institute's conference "“Twenty First Century Wars: Counterinsurgency and the Challenge of Global Terrorism.” More than two hundred members of the military, judiciary, media and political establishment attended the conference.
