SAN DIEGO (March 23, 2019) Midshipmen from Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC), San Diego, gather at the Bob Hope Theater onboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar prior to a sports day activities event. The NROTC program develops Midshipmen mentally, morally and physically while imbuing them with the highest ideals of duty, honor, and loyalty in preparation for a future commission upon college graduation as either Ensign in the Navy or 2nd Lt. in the Marine Corps.
