Anna Weaver, 51st SFS military working dog handler, present a certificate to MWD Kliff during a retirement ceremony at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Feb. 17, 2023. The presentation consisted of Kliff’s numerous accomplishments as an MWD on Osan. Afterwards, Weaver relinquished Kliff to his previous handler, Staff Sgt. Devon Reynolds, 51st SFS MWD handler.
