Cardiff, Wales. February 17th 2020. Storm Dennis, a bomb cyclone, hit the UK on Saturday, immediately after Storm Ciara, causing wide spread flooding and power outages across South Wales. Pictured is the aftermath of Storm Dennis in Bute Park, which had to be closed to the public after the River Taff had burst it’s banks.
