Chinstrap penguins on an iceberg. Chinstrap penguins (Pygoscelis antarctica) inhabit the Antarctic Peninsula and nearby islands, where they feed mainly on krill and small fish. They build their nests out of pebbles so that the eggs are insulated from the frozen ground and snow. Photographed off the Antarctic Peninsula, Antarctica.
