This simula- tion clearly suggested that the vanadobin of.^. gemntata, which waseluted from Sephadex G-15, contained vana- dium in the +3 and +4 oxidation states in the ratio of 45:55, whereas for the purer vanadobin eluting from SE- cellulose, the absorption peak at 410 nm disappeared, and a peak at 756 nm with a shoulder at 620 nm was seen (Fig. 4).
