Defenders from the 60th Security Forces Squadron host over 40 K-9 teams from 24 different agencies during the Western State Police Canine Association trials held at Travis Air Force Base, Calif., April 14, 2017. The 2-day event featured competition in bomb and drug detection that stress the importance of control, as well as safety tactics while encountering scenarios that mimic encounters on the street.
