LATHAM, Spc. Casey Rosiak of Charlie Company, 2-108th Infantry, was selected as the Alternate Soldier of the Year during the 2013 NYARNG Best Warrior Competition held here, March 23-24, 2013. Fourteen Soldiers and NCO's representing the major commands within the NYARNG gathered together to compete for top honors in three categories: AGR NCO of the Year, NCO of the Year, and Soldier of the Year.
