The man in front is drib-bling; the man in the rear, while attempting tocover as best he can, comes within range and isthe recipient of an elbow in the to say, he is temporarily disabled. Theelbow figures in many other plays, and requiresa sharp-eyed official to detect it. It is dirtyplay of the worst description.
