Bicycle path to Michigan Central Station. Built between 1910 and 1913, the monumental station in the Corktown district of Detroit was the tallest in the world during its construction. After the end of its use, it was left to decay for decades. The station has been owned by the Ford Motor Company since 2018. The plan is to use the station as a mobility research campus once the renovation is complete. Today, generous cycle paths remind us that Detroit was a center of the American bicycle industry before it became a symbol of an automobile city. Detroit, United States
