Social medical service of the naval power (SMD). The rescue buoy stands for the aid, which provides the social-medical service to those who have become unsuitable for the service. It was designed by the lieutenant at sea arts of the 2nd class of the latter category KMR E. Timmer. Emblem spell: Sustento Infortunatos (I support the unfortunate).
