Chondrodermatitis


Lesion on the rim of the pinna of the ear of a 64 year old man due to chondrodermatitis nodularis helicis (CNH). CNH is a benign (non-cancerous) painful lesion common in men aged over 50 caused by reduced blood flow to the cartilage of the ear.
