As a man his busi-ness ability has enabled him to advancesteadily on the high road to success, andto-day he stands among the most prominentstock dealers in Iowa, having extensive farm-ing interests. ]\Ir. Rew is of English birth, a nativeof Devonshire, England, where he was bornon the 13th of August, 1851. His father,John Rew, was born in the same localityJune 21, 1824, and is still living there.
