A cased percussion pistol, Henry Rieger, Paris circa 1860. Fluted, ten-groove rifled octagonal barrel in mm calibre with patent breechblock. The original blueing is in very good condition (just one small spot on the right-hand side). Dovetailed iron front sight and rear sight adjustable in height. Over the breech engraved with "Mon Lefaucheux 37. Rue Vivienne Paris". Colour case-hardened percussion lock with delicate engraving. Walnut stock with chequered butt and forestock. Colour case-hardened iron furniture engraved en suite. Length cm. Velvet-line,
