Great Yarmouth Railway Station in Norfolk, UK. In the platform is a BR class 37 diesel locomotive which was used on trains from Norwich until 2019.

Great Yarmouth railway station (originally Yarmouth Vauxhall) is one of two eastern termini of the Wherry Lines in the East of England, serving the seaside town of Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. Up until mid 2019 some of the trains between Norwich and Great Yarmouth used vintage motive power with class 37 diesels top and tailing a three car mark 3 set of coaches. The British Rail Class 37 is a diesel-electric locomotive. Also known as the English Electric Type 3, the Class was ordered as part of the British Rail modernisation plan and were build in the early 1960s. The fact that some of the class were still in use in 2019 more than 50 years after introduction was of much interest to railway and transport enthusiasts.
