PALAWAN, Philippines (May 18, 2018) 30th Naval Construction Regiment Command Master Chief Joe Arnold presents Builder Constructionman Apprentice Chandler Cruz, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, a coin in recognition of his efforts above and beyond expectations. NMCB 5 is forward deployed to execute construction, humanitarian and foreign assistance, and theater security cooperation support of United States Pacific Command.
