The surrounding cloisters with fading murals painted by local artist Stefano Lemmi and a central well in the courtyard at the restored Convento del Carmine near the small market town of Fivizzano in the Appennino Tosco-Emiliano National Park, now a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in the Tuscany region of Italy The convent built in the 16th century was used by the monks until 1782. Since then, it has changed ownership several times. It is now privately owned and is hired out for special occasions.
