Llandrindod Wells, Powys, Wales, UK. 26th August, 2015. The Llandrindod Wells Victorian Festival celebrates the boom years the town enjoyed after the railway network arrived in 1868 allowing Victorian visitors to easily travel to mid Wales and partake in the town's healthy spa waters. The week long Festival encourages visitors to attend in period costume including David Little from Newcastle Under Lyme dressed as a Chelsea Pensioner from the Royal Hospital.
