Natasha Sims, a Veterinary Food Inspection Specialist also with 1st AML, on how to do thick and thin blood smears during the 1st AML’s Operational Clinical Infectious Disease Course at the Mallette Training Facility in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland from 10-12 Jan. More than 50 participants from 10 entities benefited from the locally-accredited three-day course and from instructors from various organizations.
