Townhall meetings were held in late August for Crane Army employees across all four divisions. These quarterly meetings give the workforce a chance to interact with Col. Santee Vasquez, commander of CAAA, as well as senior management personnel to ask questions in a face-to-face setting. The meetings also serve as a forum to inform employees of what has been achieved in the last few months and go over what is projected for the future. Employees are reminded that they can always submit their questions at any time on the colonel's hotline or express safety concerns to the Employee Safety Council
