Air Force members participate in a discussion session with Chief Master Sgt. Justin Papalia, 39th Communications Squadron superintendent, after watching the Chief Master Sgt. Richard L. Etchberger episode of the Netflix Medal of Honor series at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, Dec. 17, 2018. Papalia discussed what the Medal of Honor represents and the hardships Etchberger had to go through. He also spoke about how his story relates to us as Airmen when taking care of our fellow service member.
