BUSAN, Republic of Korea (Dec. 21, 2016) Petty Officer 1st Class Ty Connors, a Sailor from Commander, Naval Forces Korea (CNFK), congratulates a student at Daecheon Middle School during a volunteer session. Connors donates his time to share stories about life in the and help each child speak English by engaging them in conversation. CNFK is the Navy's representative in the ROK, providing leadership and expertise in naval matters to improve institutional and operational effectiveness between the two navies and to strengthen collective security efforts in Korea and the region.
