Keeping their culture alive, the youngsters of Nggela Island donned traditional costumes and decked themselves out with shells, beads, feathers, flowers and body paint to perform a series of welcome dances for passengers from the Aussie expedition cruiser Orion. The ship calls at a number of remote and rarely visited islands on its new Melanesia & Solomon Islands itinerary, Nggela, Solomon iIslands.
