NORFOLK, Va. (Jan. 14, 2024)- A Sailor assigned to the “Bear Aces” of Airborne Command and Control Squadron (VAW) 124, reunites with his family after returning to Naval Station Norfolk in Virginia, Jan. 14, following a more than eight-month deployment with the Gerald R. Ford Carrier Strike Group. While deployed, the squadron accomplished 1,640 flight hours over 610 sorties.
