Generally, these do not appear inthe reports covering the activities of the State-supported program,but after all they do constitute an important phase of the dental THE UPLIFT LOCAL HAPPENINGS Reported By Boys of the School Department Dentist Visits SchoolBy John Allen, 8th Grade Monday morning the boys of theschool section were delighted to haveDr. Dudley, of Asheville, to come tothe school to look at our teeth and ex-amine them for dental treatment. First of all he came to the eighthgrade room to look at the teeth andthen he worked his way down to thefirst grade in order of 7th, 6th, 5th,etc. Many of the boys in our grade hadgood teeth and several had teeth in badcondition. We appreciate Dr. Dudleys interestin the boys, and we certainly are gladthat he wants to help us to take bettercare of our teeth. B. T. U.
