The microscopic examination proved that the cyst had beenformed by a tumor, which showed an infiltrating growth of trulyepithelial character. Stoerck, of the Pathologic Anatomic Insti-tute of Vienna, pronounced it an epithelial carcinoma, and thoughtit belonged to the more benign precancerous state.
