Pennant Lager Beer Label
Pennant - the name given by the Illinois Brewing Company of Thornton Illinois, was applied to this high grade lager beer. Brewed with spring water, they claim, "Our beer is absolutely pure being brewed solely from the finest and choicest of, malt and imported hops. Sugar, molasses or other sweetening ingredients are not used." This vintage beer label is from a now defunct brewery issued just after prohibition ended. The label shows two pennants and a beer barrel.
