A 50th Airlift Squadron, Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas C-130 Hercules aircraft, currently deployed to Ramstein Air Base, Germany, is being downloaded with a forklift. Pallets of equipment and supplies are for the Implementation Force (IFOR). Operations continue at Tuzla Air Base, Bosnia despite a storm which dumped 10 to 12 inches of snow on the Tuzla area a day earlier. The IFOR mission is to ensure that the former warring nations of Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia honor the Dayton Peace Accord to cease fire and maintain permanent borders.
