The postcentral fissural complex consisted of three dorsal one was very flexuous and ramified, but middle segment was confluent with the parietal, and wasonly superficially joined to the third segment—the transpostcentral was hardly visible on the external surface,but on examination was found to communicate with the circum-insular fissure. The parietal fissure was notable for the angle it made with theintercerebral cleft, converging rapidly toward it as it passedcaudad.
