NAVAL BASE GUAM (Sept. 1, 2021) - Lt. Cmdr. Brian Matic relieved Cmdr. Constancia Dean as commanding officer of Navy Reserve Center (NRC) Guam during a change of command ceremony held at the Naval Base Guam Chapel. Formerly known as Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) Guam, NRC Guam provides administrative, logistical, and medical support to nine Navy Reserve units, comprised of over 230 Navy Reservists residing and drilling in eight different countries and Guam.
