Glass Fragment ca. 1479–1458 New Kingdom This lump of dark blue glass was found with votive objects were probably presented to the goddess Hathor in her chapel at Hatshepsut's temple at Deir el-Bahri. After these offerings had served their purpose they were discarded in vast quantities in various dumps near the temple where they were found by modern Glass Fragment. ca. 1479–1458 Glass.
