Profuse flowering shrub; flowers dark blue, in long racemes. CORCHORUS {Kerria Japonica),. A slender, green branched shrub, growing 5 to 10 feet high, with small globular, yellow flowers in summer. CLETHRA alnifolia. A medium-sized shrub, with racemes of fragrant white flowers ; desirable. DAPHNE Mezereum (Common Mezereum). From northern Rurope ; round bush ; flowers early, pink- ish, fragrant. DEUTZIA scabra. A shrub of good habit, bearing a profusion of pretty white blooms. Gracilis. A smaller growing kind than the preced- ing ; flowers smaller and more delicate; free bloomer and early.
