Weatherly with a farewell gift during a change of command ceremony aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7). During the ceremony Capt. Jack L. Killman relieved Weatherly as commander, PHIBRON 4. PHIBRON 4 is composed of Iwo Jima, the transport dock ship USS New York (LPD 21) and the dock landing ship USS Oak Hill (LSD 51).
