Black-brown ; 1st joint of palpi, vertex of head, and tegulae with patches of metallic blue ; patagia and fore coxae with white patches ; abdomen blue-black ; the 1st segment with crimson dorsal patch, the 2nd with dorsal band and lateral spots, and the others with dorsal bands ; slight dorsal and subdorsal series of blue points. Fore wing with blue spot at base of costa and point on discocellulars ; a white spot below middle of cell and point towards end of it; white spots between veins 3 and 5. Hind wing fuscous, with elliptical white patch on terminal area ; underside brown, with white spot below end of cell: veins 1-5 moderately distorted and curved. Hah.
