(Illustration no).This cottage is 64 feet wide by 30 feet deep, of frame construction, with a shingle roofand is placed on a brick foundation. It has two floors, both planned alike, and the arrange-ment of the rooms and porches is interesting. Each patient is supplied with a privateroom about twelve feet square, a closet and a sleeping porch about nine feet square, havingtwo exposures, one south and the other either east or west, the porches being arrangedso that some portion of them cannot be overlooked from other parts of the bathroom, toilet, lavatory and main entrances are placed on the north and con-nected with all the rooms by a small hall. The cottage has a capacity for eight patients and the estimated cost is $4,000
