Tourists and locals line the Broken Bridge on the Yalu River, a monument to the Korean war and now a viewpoint into North Korea

The Broken Bridge was part destroyed by American bombers in 1950 during the Korean War. Today it gets halfway into the Yalu River before stopping. Tourists and local people line it to see into the DPRK and also to wave at those travelling into North Korea on the adjacent Sino-Korean Friendships Bridge.
