Weight is an important factor in draft horsevalues. The importance of quality of bone, skin, and hair of a drafthorse can hardly be overemphasized. Roughness of bone, show-ing blemishes and unsoundnesses, is a bad condition. Theleg should be flat and wide, with well-defined tendons.
