A starboard bow view of the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS NIMITZ (CVN-68) returning to home port in Norfolk, VA., following the May 26th aircraft crash on its flight deck. The crash, which occurred during the night landing of an EA-6B Prowler aircraft assigned to the carrier, killed 14 crewmen, injured 45 others and damaged several parked aircraft.
