This new variety is a round, flat-headed, extra early Cabbage, coming in with the Wakefield and yielding more than any other extra early variety. Every head as uniform as if moulded, and remarkably solid even when young. Few and small outside leaves, small veins, fine texture and delicate flavor. Having compact heads, with few outside leaves, can be planted twenty-one inches apart, making over 13,000 to the acre.
