How One Man Carried the Bond Issue A WELL-KNOWN county engineer tells this story, andits the best good-roads story we ever heard. He says the county was in terrible need of better roads. Themud all through the district was so deep that it was impossible touse wagons, all traveling being done either on foot or horseback.
