Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point Director of Operations Robert Rice discusses the contribution, mission, and economic impact of the installation during Eastern Carolina Council of Government (ECCOG) quarterly City-County Managers meeting at Miller’s Landing, MCAS Cherry Point, North Carolina, Jan. 18, 2023. The meeting allows leaders across nine counties in eastern North Carolina to provide updates concerning the region. Craven County hosted the event this quarter. MCAS Cherry Point was chosen as the venue due to it being a major economic contributor to the county.
