Nurseries (Horticulture) Ohio Catalogs; Nursery stock Ohio Catalogs; Vegetables Seeds Catalogs; Flowers Catalogs; Fruit Catalogs; Plants, Ornamental Catalogs. 3ym NEW ZIMPFER PARSNIP. The original seed of this variety was brought here by German gardeners from the Father- land. Mr. Zimpfer. a market gardener, has grown this .selected strain of seed for many years for his use only, always selecting the most perfect roots in all points for this purpose until it is the purest stock and grows the handsomest long white Parsnip of the many stocks we have ever tested. It is a splendid variety for market, especially where the roots are sold in bunches, being of much more desirable shape than any of the Hollow Crown or Cup varie- ties. It is sweet, smooth and very white. Price, 10 cts. per 1-4 ounce packet. New CHINESE GIANT Pepper. A most desirable variety of recent introduction. The extremely large size of the Pep- pers is a great surprise to all who grow them. The plant is of strong, vigorous growth, about two feet high when fully grown, and a very prohfic bearer. The Peppers grow much larger than the Ruby King, which, heretofore has been a favorite vari-ety. and are of a bright scarlet color when ripe. The flesh is quite thick, and very mild. They requn^e a long grow- ing season, and the plants should be set out as early in spring as practicable. Pkt. 10 cts. Big Tom Field Pumpkin. This grand new Pumpkin, the seed of which was offered the first last season, is the result of manv vears selection from the old Golden Marrow, or Michigan Mammoth Pumpkin. So carefullv has the selection been made that the Big Tom will run uniformly to more than tvv'ice the size and weight. The skin and flesh are of a deep, rich orange color, of exceUent ,flavor for pies, etc., cooking soft and tender. Unsurpassed for table use and stock feeding. It is enormously productive, over twenty tons having been grown on an acre of land. Price, 5 cents per packet;
