Brig. Gen. Helen Pratt, 4th Marine Logistics Group Commanding General, discusses engine maintenance with a Marine from Combat Logistics Battalion 451 during the Personnel Temporary Augmentee Program (PTAP), June 14, 2017 in Stjørdal, Norway. The PTAP program provided reserve Marines hands-on training in maintenance of Marine Corps Prepositioning Program (MCPP-N) equipment for their two-week annual training. The forward positioning of equipment through the MCPP-N reduces operational reaction time by eliminating the need to deploy equipment from locations in the continental United States.
