The plant is perfectly hardy, having stood the past five winters in the vicinity of Rochester, N. Y., without the slightest protection. One of the finest hardy plants for cemetery planting, and excellent for cut flowers. Price, 25 cents each. - O <^ ypHE BEAUTIFUL VINE ANEMONE ^^Japonica Alba, One of the most showy of all our Autum blooming her- baceous plants. They commence to bloom in August and continue to increase in beauty until the end of Autumn. They thrive best in light, rich, somewhat moist soil, and should not be transplanted more than is necessary to divide them when they become too thick. A covering of leaves, straw, or long manure is sufficient for our most severe winters. Price, 15 cents; two for 25 cents. Solanum Jasminoides Grandiflorum. This beautiful new plant is of a trailing or climbing habit, but seldom attains a greater height than three or four feet, and, if desired can then be cut back to a bush form. It has star-shaped flowers, somethingvlike a cle- mantis, and borne in large clusters or pan- requently a foot across. They aie in color a pure white, with violet tinge on the back.
