Stock Gaylard, near Sturminster Newton, Dorset. 2nd Mar 2021. Dairy cows waiting to be milked at Woodbridge Farm. The home of Dorset Blue Vinny, a blue veined cheese which Michael Davies (The Farmer) resurrected back into production in 1980, the 300 year old recipe had disappeared from the Dorset Cheese board since World War II when production stopped.
