A cross between American Beauty and an unnamed seedling; color a rosy crimson, similar to its popular parent, and with the same exquisite fragrance. Strong two-year old plants, 75 eta. each. Crimson Rambler. Too well known to require descrip- tion. Everyone is familiar with its large clusters of crim- son flowers. Excelsa. Intense crimson-maroon, the tips of the petals, tinged with .^carlet. This may be termed a great improve- ment on the Crimson Rambler, which it is sure to super- sede, if only on account of its foliage, which is mildew proof. H iawatha. There is no other Rose so brilliant as Hiawatha. In color it is brilliant, rnby-oarmine, with a clear whitfr eye and a mass of golden stamens—a glowing combination of colors. Lady Qay. A moat desirable variety, with flowers of a delicate cerise-pink passing to soft tinted pink. Tausendschon. Individual flowers, very large for this type of Rose. In color a most delightful shade of soft pink when first opening, changing to carmine on the reverse of petals when ftilly expanded. Price. Any of the Hardy Climbing Roses, except where noted, in strong two year old plants, 50 cts. each; $ per doz.
