Major Joseph Marra of the New York Stability Transition Team At the Mississippi Army National Guard Readiness Center here on Wednesday, Feb. 29, 2012. Wickstrom and key leaders of the New York Army National Guard traveled here to speak with the 48-members of the STT before they departed for nine months of duty in Afghanistan. The team's mission is to assist and train elements of the Afghan National Army and Police.
